AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL FEATURE:
Your in-app subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of your current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal, as stated above, within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have an active Internet connection to use Tabitop. Tabitop is free to download and use for new and existing users. Minute/Hourly Usage is tracked by rounding up to the nearest minute used with each active “On” Desktop session and automatically charges a minimum of 30 minutes for each “On” or “Restart” event per Desktop. Additional one-time purchases for minutes, bandwidth, and I/O requests are used prior to use of subscription’s included consumables.

Each subscription’s consumable usage such as included Minutes used, Bandwidth, and I/O Requests shall expire each month, whether used or unused, and shall not carry over or be made available in any subsequent month(s). Upon termination or non-renewal of your subscription, usage and access to your Tabitop Desktop shall be terminated, AND after 7 days from the subscription end date, your Tabitop Desktop and all its contents, data, and files shall be erased and non-recoverable.
